Do I really get a cash bonus when I sign up?

Yes, you do. All new customers who sign up with a property manager through LANDLORD will get a cash bonus equal to two weeks of rent on your property.

What’s the catch?

There really isn’t one. All real estate agencies pay commission for new business. We’re just passing that commission directly on to you.  The only ‘catch’ is that you need to stay with a LANDLORD agent for a minimum of two years to keep the bonus.

What if I don’t like my new property manager?

No problem. We’ll help you find another property manager through our LANDLORD network and switch you over. All of the agents in our network are carefully vetted. We’re so confident of their superior service, we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee.

Do I get another bonus when I sign up with a new property manager?

No, you can only get the bonus once. If you decide to end the agreement before the two years are up, you’ll have to pay back a pro-rated portion of the bonus. So, for example, if you leave your new agent after one year you will need to pay back 50% of the bonus. The good news is that if you want to shift to another LANDLORD agent at any time, you’re welcome to do this without any penalties.

What fees and charges do I have to pay?

If you’re changing agents, you’ll have the same fees and charges that you had before, just with better service.

When do I get paid the sign-on bonus?

Payment to your bank account will be made within 2-4 hours of your new agency receiving your signed managing agency agreement.

What if I have questions for my future new property manager before I sign up with LANDLORD?

Do I have to tell my current property manager that I’m changing to a new property manager?

Not at all, we’ve got you. Once you sign on with LANDLORD, we’ll take care of everything for you – including breaking up with your old agent on your behalf so you don’t have to have any awkward conversations. We’ll handle the transfer and set you up with your new agent. All you have to do is sit back and enjoy the superior service – plus that nice sign on bonus that will land in your bank account.
