If you ask us to check your documents or to post them, then this takes a little longer.

Save time by only entering data once. Such as a name or an address. We’ll take it from our database and apply it throughout the package of documents – including the Disclosure Statement and Bond lodgement form.

If you are a regular user then we shall pre-fill a lot of the information about you. If it is a simple extension or other dealing with one of our existing leases then we shall pre-fill a lot of the information from the original document for you.

And let us do some of the calculations for you too. When does the lease (and any extensions) start and end. When are you expected to have rent reviews?

If you are a beginner then we provide a lot of information for you. If you are an experienced user then we remove a lot of that so you can speed through the form.

Little mistakes waste a lot of time. So we watch out for as many of these as we can. Forgot the CAPS key is still on? Too many digits in that phone number. Probably not a real ACN. Type a city or suburb and we’ll get the correct spelling, State and Postcode. One click and we’ll show you where Google Maps thinks that property is and how they spell the address. How easy is it to get the end date of a lease wrong – or to forget one of the rent reviews? We’ll check for you.

At the end we have a simplified summary of your answers – so that you get a second chance for any mistakes to leap out at you.

You don’t need to instal or update any software. It is all done through your internet browser. We recommend Firefox, but that isn’t compulsory. You don’t need to save anything on your server or back it up. That is all done in the cloud. We take care of security and backups.
